Architecture and Strategy:
I am an architect by training and a real estate advisor by calling. Throughout my professional and personal journey, I have learned that every property transaction is, in reality, a new life chapter: a growing family, the closing of an era, an investment, professional growth, or a major wealth management decision. That is why my work goes far beyond closing deals; it’s about guiding you with sound judgment, sensitivity, and responsibility.
I work full-time and with a select number of clients to provide an intimate, meticulous, and personalized service. I fully understand what it means to entrust an advisor with the keys to a home or a commercial asset, as well as the management of properties that represent years of hard work. That trust is not asked for: it is built through actions, presence, and genuine commitment.
My background as an architect allows me to analyze each property from a technical and strategic perspective, helping my clients understand its true market value, potential, and possibilities. I have worked with both residential properties and commercial assets, guiding homeowners and investors through decisions that require vision, analysis, and firm, data-driven negotiation.

I take the time needed to run a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), reviewing recently closed comps in the area, the condition and potential of the property, and the specific details that impact its value.
